Ich habe dieses Buch ICH DANKE genannt, weil die Namen der Menschen in diesem Buch seit 30 Jahren ein solches Geschenk für mich sind, dass ich in dieser Zeit meinen Verstand behalten kann. Dies ist das zehnte Buch, das ich aus dieser Zelle heraus selbst veröffentlicht habe. Und jetzt, da wir in andere Gefängnisse geschickt werden, ist dies mein "LETZTES KAPITEL" hier drin. Ich habe diese Zeit hinter mir, aber ich habe mich nicht von der Zeit unterkriegen lassen. In den 25 Jahren, in denen ich diese Bücher schreibe, eine Ausbildung mache und meine christlichen Kinderbücher noch vor mir habe, weiß ich, dass niemand sonst im oder im Todestrakt so etwas erreicht hat - und wenn doch, dann gratuliere ich dir:). Aber ich möchte DANKE sagen.

I named this book I THANK YOU because for 30 years the names of people in this book have been such a gift to me doing this time and able to keep my sanity. This is book number ten that has been self published out of this cell. And now that we are being sent to other prisons, this is my "LAST CHAPTER" in here. I did this time, but I didn't let the time do me. For 25 years of writing these books, getting an education, and with my Christian Children books still to come, I know that no one else on or in any Death Row has accomplished any thing like this—and if so I congratulate you:).
